1st ANNUAL NANAIMO TIMBERMEN MAC MAUDE MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Nanaimo lacrosse community is proud to announce the 1st annual Nanaimo Timbermen Mac Maude Memorial Golf Tournament.
DATE: Saturday, Aprl 26, 2008
LOCATION: Cottonwood Golf Course
TIME: 11am check in, 12PM Shotgun start
COST: $500 per team, four players per team $125 per player.
This event is to bring the lacrosse community together, for community and fundraising. Some of the proceeds will go to the Nanaimo Timbermen alumni association to purchase Mac Maude scholarships. This event is provided by the Nanaimo Intermediate “A” and the WCSLA Nanaimo Sr Timbermen.
Every player will receive a complimentary package, which includes: Dinner provided by Cottonwood golf course, 18 holes of scramble golf, power cart, prizes and awards. Complimentary range pass, and social gathering and party.
Individual dinner tickets can be sold separately for $25 dollars. For those of you that do not want to participate in the golf, and just want to participate in the social, the food will be fabulous.
Individuals or companies to buy hole sponsors can be purchased for $200 per hole. Signage and recognition of your company will be at your chosen hole.
Other activities will be: a live and silent auction, as well as a putting contest, closest to the pin, longest drive, and of course the awards for the team that had the most fun, the last place trophy.
Come one come all, this will be a great event, come support your local lacrosse community and be a part of the fun!
