The Nanaimo DBL Disposal Timbermen senior B lacrosse team is about ready to begin the fight for the President’s Cup.
The team opens the West Coast Senior Lacrosse Association season Thursday (May 1) on the road against the Ladner Pioneers.
Nanaimo’s home opener will come Saturday, when it takes on the Valley Rebels at 7:30 p.m. at the Nanaimo Ice Centre.
